Payment is accepted via the methods communicated directly to the client (e.g., bank transfer or agreed payment platforms). Late payment may result in a pause of ongoing work until outstanding amounts are settled.
Delivery timelines are estimates communicated at the time of engagement and may vary based on project scope, revisions requested, and timely feedback from the client. A reasonable number of revision rounds is included as agreed per project; revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Because our services involve creative and time-based work, deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. If we are unable to deliver a service as agreed due to a failure on our part, we will work with the client in good faith toward a partial refund or credit, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
